Position: WFM System Analyst
Addressed to: Supervisors, QA’s and Reps.
Location: Monterrey Staff
Reports to: IEX Functional Coordinator
Department: Work Force.
Located at: TP3 (Milenio)
Supports: All of the campaigns.
Main Purpose:
The WFM Systems Analyst is the person in charge of the maintenance of the IEX Total View tool, used in WFM
for all the campaigns.
General Responsibilities:
This person is the one that is solving all the problems regarding this tool. The person is producing MTD
Reports for all the campaigns and gives format to special reports if needed.
Educational Background:
Currently studying professional degree.
Experience:
Not a specific experience required.
Personal Skills:
Highly analytical.
Microsoft Excel Advanced.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to pass on knowledge.
Service attitude.
Tolerance to work under pressure.
Formation / Knowledge:
Proficiency in the language used in the supported program (EPL 3, 4 OR 5).
Not a specific career required.
Not a specific former experience (The candidate will be trained).
Submit IAF (Internal Application Form) and Curriculum Vitae (including photo), focused on the fulfillment and
