PURPOSE OF POSITION
:

The Teleperformance PDP Coordinator ensures the implementation & execution of the performance and development
process within the company, providing Managers with effective resources to comply with application, system
requirements, methodology and timeline according to International PDP Manager’s guideline.

PDP Coordinator’s activity influences directly to every employee in the complete Mexico and  Nearshore Region,
promoting TP culture and values.

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSABILITIES (example)

Major Responsibilities:

·        Comply with International PDP’s policies and procedures
·        Process implementation & follow up in a national level and El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Edinburgh Tx.
·        Process and Methodology employee & Manager Education.
·        Results and analysis tracking
·        Results Communication and Action Planning

Major Activities.

·        Provides Managers & employees with Guidance & knowledge about process, system and evaluation methodology
by which the performance evaluation is conducted
·        Clarify performance standards
·        Identify responsibilities within the process
·        Ensures that evaluations are conducted fairly, with respect, and in a non discriminatory manner.
·        Analyze information, providing & communicating results
·        Share Best practice at national level
·        Suggest actions plans focused on people and processes development.

REQUIREMENTS (example):

·        Tenure: at least 2 years working continuously the company
·        Must have been promoted to handle higher responsibilities at least twice in the company.
·        Level of Education: College degree or higher.

AT&T Quality Development Coordinator

Addressed to: Monterrey Staff, including trainees and operation reps,
Location:  Monterrey TP1
Reports to: Quality Development Manager.
Leads: Over 40 Quality Development Agents


General Purpose:
Manages and Leads the Quality Development Agents, runs Calibration sessions, Implements initiatives established by the
Quality Manager as well as by the Client in order to achieve the expected results.


Nature and Scope:
The primary responsibilities are to manage the Quality Agents as well as address and resolve the escalated issues and
questions related to the Daily Observations performed by the QAs.


Interview and hire agents as yellow hats, evaluate their performance; calibrate and evaluate the QAs in order to determine
their permanence in the department.

Gather the observations data provided by the QAs and report it to the Quality Development Manger.

Fulfill the Weekly Business Operations Review Presentation by collecting the data from all other departments, such
Traffic, FCR Analysts, Floor Managers, as well from Adjustments, Maximize and Hierarchy POCs.

Responsibilities:

•          Understand Client's call guidelines and processes.

•          Calibrate operation Supervisors and Quality Analysts with the clients’ call flow guidelines.

•          Determine the Quality workforce needed

•          Ensure the monitoring process is properly followed

•          Perform program level analysis to identify main opportunity areas.

•          Work with the Operations and Training departments to effectively train new hires and coordinates quality up-
trainings.

•          Determines along with the Quality Manager the number personnel required to meet the client’s QA/ telemarketing
operator ratio.

•          Attend to weekly and Monthly QA calibration sessions with the Client.

•          In alliance with other departments, develop new action plans to improve telemarketing operators overall
performances.

•          Audit and coach the QAs and Supervisors observations, so they all have standard criteria and therefore assure a
more consistent feedback to the telemarketing operators.

•          Report to Floor Managers all issues detected by QAs that can result in a negative impact to final users.

•          Effectively communicate any information updates to all affected departments to prevent possible impacts to final
users and align our performance with our client’s expectations.



Requirements.
No Gender Restrictions
7th Semester or higher, preferably on industrial engineering or equivalent.
Full time availability, keeping on studies.
2 years of continuous work in Teleperformance
2 promotions (at least).
EPL 3,4 ó 5.
