-College or an IT degree helpful. Technical certifications, such as MCP, Cisco or equivalent
experience desired. Students are allowed.
-Excellent knowledge or experience in Windows OS Tech Support (knowledge on the Internet and
common applications and connectivity protocols, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, network technology,
Routers and Hubs configuration, server management).
-Fluent in English - verbal & comprehension
-Manage high priority infrastructure outages.
-Full availability to work weekends, holidays, On Call.
-Must be friendly and customer focused.
-Must be able to work independently or with limited supervision.
