The Human Resources Department is accountable for various responsibilities within the organization.  As
a focus, the HR Department in Edinburg, TX is committed to hire and recruit the best qualified candidates
for the company.  Develop, establish and maintain policies and procedures and provide strategic support
to the Operation’s Department to successfully meet and exceed the company’s goals and objectives.

uman Resources Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for providing strategic human
resources support to all facets of the business to meet or exceed
business objectives. This position works closely with the site
director and operational management to ensure organizational
effectiveness, organizational development, driving and
supporting all recruiting, training and development, and
employee relations activities. The HR Manager also works with
the organization to develop position expectations and skills
requirements, advises on candidate selection, and manages
internal and external recruitment resources to achieve a diverse
and highly qualified workforce.  Additionally, the HR Manager
also partners with client groups to focus on the HR implications
of business strategies to enhance overall organizational
effectiveness; work collaboratively with HR peers and external
resources to develop and present ongoing training programs
that enhance the management and leadership skills of the
organization, and provide consultative support to managers and
employees in employee relations activities

uman Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the HR
Manager on all personnel matters and assists with recruitment
efforts as needed.  The responsibilities also extend to
maintaining accurate personnel information on employees and
answering inquiries from internal customers in a prompt and
courteous manner.  Additionally, the HR Generalist is also
responsible for all benefit administration and tracking and
recording attrition.

uman Resources Administrator
The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the HR
Department on all personnel matters, personnel documents,
and also assists with recruitment efforts as needed.  The
responsibilities also extend to assisting in maintaining accurate
personnel information on employees and answering inquiries
from internal customers in a prompt and courteous manner.  
Additionally, the HR Administrator is also responsible for
facilitating assistance with such responsibilities as
implementation of various policies, creating departmental
backup resources, and coordinating and collating all newsletter
information for the Teleperformance International – Edinburg
site.
The HR Representative is responsible for actively recruiting qualified candidates for Teleperformance and
completing the new hire documents for those selected for employment.  Responsibilities also include creating
and tracking requisitions from all personnel, determining and utilizing effective recruitment sources
(newspaper, internet, special postings, etc.), creating recruitment ads and work with local advertising
agencies.  Additionally, the HR Recruiter is also responsible for facilitating the New Hire Orientation process.
